Subscription Use
Single Device Usage: Your subscription allows use on only one device at a time unless the subscription plan you chose explicitly states otherwise. This clause is intended to ensure fair use of our services and prevent misuse.
Prohibition of Sharing and Resale
Sharing and Resale Prohibited: Sharing your account or subscription details with third parties is strictly prohibited. Reselling subscriptions or any part of them is also forbidden. Any attempt to share or resell the subscription will result in immediate termination of the subscription without any refund of paid amounts.
AlphaPlusTV’s Right to Suspend Subscription
AlphaPlusTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately and without prior notice in the following cases:
- Using the subscription for illegal purposes.
- Violating any of the terms and conditions outlined here.
- Engaging in behavior that is harmful or disruptive to AlphaPlusTV or its other users.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any paid amounts.
Payment and Refund Policy
Subscription Activation: Your subscription will be automatically activated once the payment process is successfully completed.
Non-Refundable: Once the subscription is activated, the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances due to the immediate access to the digital service provided.
Refund Exception (within 24 hours): The only exception to this policy is if the subscription does not work at all after activation within the first 24 hours of purchase. In this case, you must contact our support team within this period. After verifying the issue, we will either refund the full amount paid or reactivate the subscription for you free of charge, depending on your preference.
